I hope that this shows the community that their complaints and tips do not go unheard, but that we take the matters of public safety seriously. My staff and I understand that waiting for results can be frustrating and that it is easy to feel like you have not been heard or that your tips fall off our radar. Nothing could be further from the truth. My staff is dedicated to the removal of drug dealers from our streets and making our city better for everyone. It is at this point that I ask each citizen of Labette County to watch the court system and see what happens. This case is far from completed but is now in the capable hands of our court system."

This continues to be an on-going investigation and citizens are encouraged to "See It, Hear It, Report It." All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
