Legacy Fund

Parsons Police Logo

We are excited to announce the establishment of the Parsons Police Legacy Fund, in collaboration with the Parsons Area Community Foundation. This fund is dedicated to supporting the Shop With a Cop Program, community and policing needs along with the educational aspirations of Parsons students and bolstering community programs such as the Parsons High School Golf Team as well as other sports.

The guiding principle of the Parsons Police Legacy Fund is "Building Better Together."

The primary objective of the Parsons Police Legacy Fund is to provide a way for the community to support on-going outreach programs such as the Shop With a Cop Program, senior citizens in need, community and policing needs as well as scholarships for students from Parsons who wish to pursue higher education at Labette Community College. We believe in empowering our youth through education and enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Additionally, a portion of the fund will be allocated to support programs like the Parsons High School Golf Team, and other athletic programs, fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among our local youth.

The Parsons Police Legacy Fund relies on the generosity of community members like you. Donations from individuals and businesses are vital in helping us fulfill our mission of supporting education and community initiatives.

In addition to accepting donations, we will also host annual fundraisers, such as the Annual Charity Golf Scramble "Guardians of the Greens". This event started in 2024 is a key fundraiser for the Legacy Fund. These events not only raise funds but also provide opportunities for community members to come together in support of our shared goals.

Join us in making a positive impact in the lives of Parsons students and our community as a whole. Together, we can build a legacy of support, opportunity, and excellence.

Thank you for your support!
