On June 20, 2022, at 10:35 pm Parsons Police Department K-9 Officer Christian Smith conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of North 10th street.

Officer Smith noticed that there were three adults in the vehicle and recognized one of them to be Brandon Markise Kindrick, 31 of Parsons.
